Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Wulf Talent Hunters (“Wulf Talent”) offers a referral bonus of $500 USD for successful referrals of veterinarian candidates, subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this program, the referring party (“Referrer”) agrees to the following:

1. Eligible Positions

Referral bonus eligibility applies only to the following roles:
• Associate Veterinarian
• General Practice (GP) Veterinarian
• Emergency Room (ER) Veterinarian
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Veterinarian
• Other veterinary roles of equal or higher seniority, as determined by Wulf Talent in its sole discretion

2. Candidate Eligibility

To qualify for a referral bonus:
• The referred candidate must be new to Wulf Talent, meaning they have not previously applied to or been submitted by Wulf Talent to any client organization.
• The referred candidate must also not be a former employee or contractor of the hiring company for which the referral is made.

3. Successful Placement Criteria

A successful placement is defined as:
• The referred candidate being placed in an eligible veterinarian role through Wulf Talent
• The candidate starts employment with the client organization
• The candidate remains actively employed for a minimum of 30 consecutive calendar days Wulf Talent reserves the right to verify employment status directly with the hiring company before issuing any referral bonus.

4. Referral Submission Process

Referrals must be submitted:
• Directly to Wulf Talent via email, text, or our designated referral intake form
• With complete and accurate contact information for both the referrer and the referred candidate
• Before or at the time of the candidate’s initial contact with Wulf Talent No retroactive referrals will be honored. Referrals made after a candidate has already been in contact with Wulf Talent or applied directly will be considered ineligible.

5. Payout Terms

• Referral bonuses are paid 30 days after the candidate’s start date, provided all conditions are met
• Payments will be made via the method of Wulf Talent’s choosing (e.g. check, ACH, or digital payment)
• It is the referrer’s responsibility to provide accurate payment and tax information if requested Wulf Talent reserves the right to delay or withhold payment if compliance with any condition is not met or if verification is pending.

6. Program Modifications

Wulf Talent may:
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice
• Deny any referral bonus if fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected
• Interpret and enforce these terms at its sole discretion

7. Liability & Tax Responsibility

Wulf Talent is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by the referrer as a result of receiving a referral bonus. Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

8. Governing Law

This referral program and any disputes related to it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
