Meet Albert Sierra, Chief Executive Officer. Albert isn't just leading a staffing agency, he's reshaping how recruitment works. As CEO of Wulf Talent LLC, he drives the vision, strategy, and performance of a firm built to do one thing exceptionally well: help employers hire the kind of people who make a real difference.
With over a decade of leadership experience in talent acquisition, Albert has recruited across industries: hospitals, universities, shipyards, poultry plants, you name it. Before Wulf Talent, he directed recruiting operations for some of the busiest and most complex organizations in the country, including University of Maryland Medical Systems, Mountaire Farms, Chesapeake Shipbuilding, and Salisbury University. He has rolled out enterprise level ATS platforms and overseen recruitment budgets at the scale of large organizations.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Albert has led recruitment transformations coast to coast with the same commitment: solve the real problem, deliver the right people, and never settle for mediocrity.
