Before stepping into his CEO role at Wulf Talent, Albert directed recruiting operations for some of the busiest and most complex organizations in the country, including University of Maryland Medical Systems, Mountaire Farms, Chesapeake Shipbuilding, and Salisbury University. He has rolled out enterprise-level ATS platforms, managed six-figure recruitment budgets, and consistently solved hiring challenges that others couldn’t touch.
